The Signet 2850 Conductivity/Resistivity Sensor Electronics are available in various configurations for maximum installation flexibility. The universal mount version is for pipe, wall, or tank mounting and enables single or dual (digital versions only) inputs using any standard Signet conductivity / resistivity sensor. The threaded j-box version can be used with these same Signet sensors for submersible sensor mounting. It is also available as a combined integral system configuration for in-line mounting and includes a conductivity electrode in a choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, or 10.0 cm-1 cell constants. The 2850 is ideal for applications with a conductivity range of 0.055 to 200,000 ?S or a resistivity range of 18.2 M? to 10 k?. All 2850 units are available with a choice of two outputs: digital (S3 L) or 4 to 20 mA. The digital (S3 L) output version allows for up to six sensor inputs directly into the Signet 8900 Multi- Parameter Controller. The two-wire 4 to 20 mA output is available with eight 4 to 20 mA output ranges for each electrode cell constant. Additionally, each range can be inverted and are field selectable by the user. All 2850 units are built with NEMA 4X/IP 65 enclosures which allow wiring connections with long cable runs of up to 1,000 feet (305 m). EasyCal is a standard feature that automatically recognizes conductivity test solution values for simple field calibration. A calibration tool is available for validation of the sensor electronics according to USP requirements.

The Aquametrix AS series conductivity probe features a choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes and Noryl shells that will satisfy just about any industrial, power plant or laboratory application. This technology, insures that, with reasonable maintenance, years of drift-free performance can be expected.
Five cell constants from 0.01 to 10 are available to cover any water sample between pure water and saline conditions. All type are designed with a safety stop shoulder on the cell. Integral automatic temperature compensation is standard on all type and provides compensation to 25° C when used with a compatible analyzer. Users can choose between a 1000 Ω RTD or a 3 kΩ thermistor. Either element is in place to give close thermal contact with the liquid being measured to assure fast response to changing temperature.
Flow-through mounting incorporates a special compression fitting which allows adjustable insertion length in 3/4 inch NPT piping or in the side of a tank. This design avoids the nuisance of disconnecting the cell cable when installing or removing the cell for cleaning. Submersion mounting is also available, with MHMSC mounting hardware. Ball Valve ("Hot-Tap") types permit removal of the cell from process piping or from tanks without shutting down the system. They are available in CPVC.
Series AS Conductivity Sensor is ideal for the following applications:

The AquaMetrix Series ES-1 toroidal conductivity sensors are used in processes where conventional contacting sensors may become fouled or corroded. Each sensor comes standard with a PT1000 RTD temperature device, which provides automatic temperature compensation to 25° C (77° F).
Toroidal conductivity sensors are made up of two-wire wound toroids encapsulated in a potting compound and encased in a plastic body. One toroid acts as a transmitter and the other as a receive. An electric current is induced between the toroids through the process solution. This current is directly proportional to the conductivity of the process solution.
The Series ES-1 Toroidal Conductivity Sensor is ideal for the following applications:
The ES-1 provides a raw signal that requires a third party analyzer for power and signal processing. ES-1 has been compatibility verified for the following: GLI (E33, E53, E63, PRO 3), Knick (2401 Condi, 2402 Condi), Uniloc 1181T, Yokogawa (ISC402), Mettler-Toledo.

The AquaMetrix ES-5 series toroidal conductivity sensor is used in processes where conventional contacting sensors may become fouled or corroded. These probes are unique in the marketplace. They are loop-powered and provide direct 4-20 mA output.
Each sensor comes standard with PT100 RTD temperature device, which provides automatic temperature compensation to 25° C (77° F). The AquaMetrix ES-5 sensor is equipped with 1-1/2" MPT threads on both ends so that they can be mounted for in-flow applications or submersion mounted in tanks or open vessels.
