Cardinal UHP's Tech 20 Series features chemically polished welded and seamless 316L stainless steel tubing. Cardinal UHP (ultra high purity) tubing and fittings undergo a thorough preparation process to insure corrosion resistance, as well as stringent dimensional specifications for economical installation. Tech 20 Series tubing and fittings have an average surface roughness of 15µin and 20µin Ra maximum, and are rinsed with DI water, purged with filtered nitrogen, capped and double bagged in heat sealed polyethylene. Cardinal's Tech 20 Series tubing and fittings are ideal for use in general high purity systems such as high grade analyzer lines, compressed dry air, argon, nitrogen and other inert bulk gas services.
