The Signet 2850 Conductivity/Resistivity Sensor Electronics are available in various configurations for maximum installation flexibility. The universal mount version is for pipe, wall, or tank mounting and enables single or dual (digital versions only) inputs using any standard Signet conductivity / resistivity sensor. The threaded j-box version can be used with these same Signet sensors for submersible sensor mounting. It is also available as a combined integral system configuration for in-line mounting and includes a conductivity electrode in a choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, or 10.0 cm-1 cell constants. The 2850 is ideal for applications with a conductivity range of 0.055 to 200,000 ?S or a resistivity range of 18.2 M? to 10 k?. All 2850 units are available with a choice of two outputs: digital (S3 L) or 4 to 20 mA. The digital (S3 L) output version allows for up to six sensor inputs directly into the Signet 8900 Multi- Parameter Controller. The two-wire 4 to 20 mA output is available with eight 4 to 20 mA output ranges for each electrode cell constant. Additionally, each range can be inverted and are field selectable by the user. All 2850 units are built with NEMA 4X/IP 65 enclosures which allow wiring connections with long cable runs of up to 1,000 feet (305 m). EasyCal is a standard feature that automatically recognizes conductivity test solution values for simple field calibration. A calibration tool is available for validation of the sensor electronics according to USP requirements.

The Signet 8860 Dual Channel Conductivity/Resistivity Controller is a two-channel input device equipped with three scaleable 4 to 20 mA outputs and four programmable relays. A selector switch activates two open collector outputs in place of two of the relays for extraordinary output versatility. Dual input and advanced control capability, including percent rejection, difference and ratio calculations, together with Signet Conductivity Sensors, form the perfect measurement and control system for water treatment applications and more. Two versions are available: once accepts AC line-voltage, the other low voltage DC for power. The four-button keypad arrangement with intuitive software design is user-friendly, and the NEMA 4X/IP65 front panel with self-healing window in a 1/4 DIN package for easy panel installation.
The AM3422 sensors offer a compact design that allows installation into standard pipe fittings in small line sizes such as 3/4" and 1", avoiding the need for special flow cells. Simplicity of the design also allows them to be economically offered in exotic metals for especially corrosive chemical applications.
Wetted materials of construction are 316 stainless steel and Teflon®, with double o-ring seals at all points. The outer EPDM o-ring bears the brunt of process interface, allowing the back o-ring to maintain reliable sealing free from chemical attack. An integral temperature element tailored to the analyzer of choice allows automatic compensation for maximum accuracy. Leads are 10' standard, stripped and tinned ends or optional spade lugs.
Process connections are made via a bored through swage fitting with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT threads. This fitting can be screwed into a line, or tank and it can also be turned around and connected to a standpipe for use in a submersion configuration. The AM322 is good for general purpose and covers a broader range of conductivities.
The AquaMetrix AM3422 series is ideal for the following applications:

The Aquametrix AS series conductivity probe features a choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes and Noryl shells that will satisfy just about any industrial, power plant or laboratory application. This technology, insures that, with reasonable maintenance, years of drift-free performance can be expected.
Five cell constants from 0.01 to 10 are available to cover any water sample between pure water and saline conditions. All type are designed with a safety stop shoulder on the cell. Integral automatic temperature compensation is standard on all type and provides compensation to 25° C when used with a compatible analyzer. Users can choose between a 1000 Ω RTD or a 3 kΩ thermistor. Either element is in place to give close thermal contact with the liquid being measured to assure fast response to changing temperature.
Flow-through mounting incorporates a special compression fitting which allows adjustable insertion length in 3/4 inch NPT piping or in the side of a tank. This design avoids the nuisance of disconnecting the cell cable when installing or removing the cell for cleaning. Submersion mounting is also available, with MHMSC mounting hardware. Ball Valve ("Hot-Tap") types permit removal of the cell from process piping or from tanks without shutting down the system. They are available in CPVC.

Ball Valve ("Hot-Tap") types permit removal of the cell from process piping or from tanks without shutting down the system. They are available in CPVC.
Series AS Conductivity Sensor is ideal for the following applications:
- Cooling Towers
- High Purity Water Applications
- Pharmaceutical Applications
- Reverse Osmosis Systems
- Food and Beverage
