Cardinal UHP's Tech 50 Series features electropolished welded and seamless 316L stainless steel tubing. Cardinal UHP (ultra high purity) tubing and fittings undergo a thorough preparation process to insure corrosion resistance, as well as stringent dimensional specifications for economical installation. Tech 50 Series tubing and fittings are rinsed with 60°C DI water, purged with filtered UHP nitrogen, and capped and double bagged in heat sealed polyethylene. Cardinal's Tech 50 Series tubing and fittings are ideal for use in ultra-high purity gas distribution systems.
