Schedule 40 PVC corrosion resistant pressure pipe, IPS sizes 1/8-24, is ideal for use in applications with temperatures up to and including 140 degrees F. Pressure rating (120 psi to 230 psi) varies with pipe size and temperature. It is generally resistant to most acids, bases, salts, aliphatic solutions, oxidants, and halogens. Chemical resistance data is available and should be referenced for proper material. Schedule 40 PVC pipe exhibits excellent physical properties and flammability characteristics. Typical applications include: chemical processing, plating, high-purity applications, potable water systems, water and wastewater treatment, irrigation and agriculture along with many other industrial applications involving corrosive fluid transfer. Schedule 40 pipe is not recommended for threading or grooving. If threading is required for the application, solvent-cemented male or female adapters should be utilized. If grooving is required, solvent-cemented grooved adapters are available in limited sizes.Do not test or use PVC piping for air or compressed gasses. Care should be taken to avoid ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbon, and aromatic solvents.

1-1/2" Pipe Bell End PVC Schedule 40

Clear PVC is ideal for when visibility is essential. It can be used like conventional PVC pipe and incorporated into existing PVC via the solvent cement joining process. It is usable with standard pipefittings and the physical properties of clear PVC are the same as standard Schedule 40 PVC.

Weld-On® 705™ is an industrial grade, clear or gray, low VOC emission, medium bodied, fast setting, high strength PVC solvent cement for all classes and schedules of pipe and fittings with interference fit through 6" diameter, Schedule 80 through 4" diameter. Can be used without primer on non-pressure systems if local codes permit. Weld-On® 705™ is for use on all types of PVC plastic pipe applications, Type I and Type II. It is suitable for use with potable water pressure systems, irrigation, turf, foam core, conduit, sewer, drain, waste and vent systems. Weld-On® 705™ has a shelf life of three years in a tightly sealed container.

Hayward series TBZ " Z-Ball " true union ball valves are offered in PVC and CPVC in 1/2" to 6" sizes and are for use in sodium hypochlorite applications. 1/2" to 2" sizes are either socket & threaded or flanged. 2-1/2" to 4" sizes are either socket, threaded or flanged. 6" size is only offered with flanged connection and is a 4" valve venturied into a 6" valve. Series TBZ has FPM O-rings and PTFE reversible/reusable seats. Options for TBZ series valves include: lockouts, 2" square operating nut, stem extensions, pneumatic and electric actuators and a spring return handle.
