Hytrex RX combines efficiency, long life and strength to create a high performance depth filter. Material and FDA Compliance : Hytrex RX cartridge filters are made from thermally welded blown microfibers of polypropylene. GE certifies that the resin used for manufacturing the filter media of this product meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 174.5 and relevant subparts of 177.
