The AVCO 1900 series V-ported (Vee) flow control ball valve brings together all the advantages of the 1100 series 3-piece ball valve into the precision flow control market. Precise control is achieved by an engineered Vee or slot in the floating ball along with tight tolerances to minimize hysteresis (backlash and judder). Standard balls are available with 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree Vee ports. The encapsulation of the seat also gives an option for fire safe trim that meets API 607. We also carry blanks that are engineered to suit custom flow characteristics. The 1900 series V port valve also facilitates tight shut-off to act as isolation when needed. The Vee balls can also be used in our 1500 series cryogenic valves where precise control is needed in cryogenic service. As part of the 1000 series, the ball valve is designed to meet ASME B16.34 and comes in a variety of metals and alloys with a choice of seat and seal materials. The common end cap styles are available along with grooved (Victaulic type) and AN (army-navy) fittings to accommodate the different industries. When coupled with an actuator and positioner via the ISO mount pad, these valves give truly accurate, reliable and responsive flow.

There are two models of AVCO globe valves to choose from; the AVCO 2116 Series and 2226 Series. The AVCO 2116 Series is available with ANSI 150# flanged ends, a metal seat and a bolted bonnet. The AVCO 2226 Series comes with NPT ends, a screwed bonnet and a non-rising stem and is rated to 200 psi. Both valves are stocked in 316 stainless steel (CF8M). The 2116 Series is available upon request in a variety of alloys including Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Hastelloy C and AL6XN among others. The flanged globe valves are available from ½ through 10 and the threaded end globe valves are available from ½ through 2. These AVCO globe valves are an economical choice for use in oil & gas, steam, food processing or chemical applications.
