Series 220 tubing is economical, lightweight and has an excellent resistance to solvents. The LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) resin provides excellent environmental stress crack resistance. Kuriyama's Kuri Tec® 221 Series Industrial Grade Tubing is constructed of polyethylene which provides excellent environmental stress crack resistance. Series 221 black LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) is RoHS compliant. This lightweight and economical tubing is resistant to sunlight and other forms of ultraviolet radiation. General applications include transfer of air and liquids in industrial applications, humidifier fill lines, outdoor use where exposure to sunlight occurs, air conditioning drain lines, and instrument air lines.

Kuriyama's Kuri Tec® 2600 Series Tubing features a 85 Shore "A" Food Grade Ether-Based Polyurethane material. Series 2600 is rated an 85 on the Shore A durometer scale and is RoHS compliant. Ether-based polyurethane has an excellent resistance to ozone, solvents, and fuel, and a good resistance to hydrolysis and algae. Series 2600 is silicone-free with good flex fatigue and resilience characteristics. General applications include transfer of air and fluids under severe conditions, feed and return lines, abrasive slurry transfer, granular transfer lines, robotics control lines, insulating sleeves, lubrication lines, and metering pumps.

THV FLEX (tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride) tubing has a unique combination of properties making it the preferred choice for many applications. ALTAFLUOR® 350 THV Flex tubing is ideal for use in applications requiring excellent UV light transmission combined with the safety and flexibility of plastic. ALTAFLUOR® 350 THV FLEX tubing has the flexibility of traditional PVC flex tubing, combined with chemical resistance much closer to that of FEP. THV is available in a variety of compositions each designed for specific performance values. ALTAFLUOR® 350 THV FLEX SERIES is produced exclusively from Dyneon™ THV 221 grade resin which allows for greatest flexibility, permeation resistance, and good chemical resistance, but with slightly reduced upper service temperature over other grades. ALTAFLUOR® 350 also has excellent bondability with other materials which allows for multi layer extrusions. Typical applications include automotive fuel transport systems, laboratory, solar energy, UV purification systems, fiber optic, and chemical process.
