BIS HD 1501 Pipe Clamp with Black EPDM for 6" & 160mm pipe

The HD Clamps have no sharp edges or corners. The clamp ends have been finished to allow for easy assembly. The locking nut is captive, hidden in a plastic nut holder. Moreover the locking screws are provided with an anti-loss washer. No more time wasted with incomplete clamps and loose parts! When placing the pipe into the clamp, only 1 locking screw needs to be unscrewed. There is sufficientspace between both clamp halves to place the pipe. The pipe can be assembled very quickly! Forthe fixing of steam pipes the HD Clamp is available with silicone lining. The lining is temperatureresistant up to 390 °F. The standard range covers the most common combinations of pipe clamp andconnection. With the separately available thread adapters it is possible to reduce the 1/2" connectionto 3/8" or 1/2" threaded rod.The zinc plated HD Clamps are perfectly suitable for most mechanical installations. However, in thefood industry, laboratories, sewage treatment plants, tunnel building or other corrosive surroundingsgenerally stainless steel must be supplied. For this purpose the HD 1501 Clamps are available onrequest in stainless steelThe BIS HD 1501 Clamp is supplied as standard with a black EPDM rubber lining, which ensures noiseinsulation. The lining is durable and aging resistant. It is also resistant to temperatures from 10 °F upto 200 °F and for a limited time period from -40 °F up to 250 °F.
