Polypropylene guard for series HXL 24" heaters.
Process Technologies HXL Series spiral L-shaped heaters offer superior chemical resistance and a rugged construction. They are inert to most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions up to 212° F. Heavy wall fluoropolymer (PTFE) covered stainless steel element reduces permeation and the need for gas purge systems; guaranteed 100% pinhole free. Series HXL offers a vapor resistant, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure with 3 foot flexible PVC liquid tight conduit. Sizes are available from 500 watts to 9,000 watts. Safety features for HXL are grounded, non-floating construction and a built-in thermal protector (Replaceable P1 thermal protector is standard for solutions up to 180° F, other options are available).
