Process Technology Series T-DQ15D digital thermostat features a large, easy-to-read, LED display with two set points (heating and cooling), that provides precise control for consistent plating and etch rates in most aqueous processes. A 10' Fluoropolymer covered, 1000ohm platinum RTD sensor is included standard with the control. The NEMA 1, IP21, flame retardant and gasketed plastic enclosure is corrosion resistant. Single pole double throw switch rated at 15 amps for either 120 or 240 bolts (heating). Note: 12 amp full load max if operating a heater with a thermal protector. Adjustable temperature range from -40°F to 999°F. Single phase only.
Available options are: Scalable voltage and current inputs, 4-20 mA outputs for process recording, three wire 100 ohm RTD sensors, 25' and 50' sensors, adapter panels for control retrofits, 6" x 6 enclosure. Special sensors are required for temperatures above 500°F.
