Process Technologies 6HX Series six element over the side heaters offer superior chemical resistance and a rugged construction. They are inert to most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions up to 212° F. Heavy wall fluoropolymer (PTFE) covered stainless steel element reduces permeation and the need for gas purge systems; guaranteed 100% pinhole free. Series 6HX offers a vapor resistant, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure with 3 foot flexible PVC liquid tight conduit. Sizes are available from 2,000 watts to 12,000 watts. Safety features for 6HX are grounded, non-floating construction and a built-in thermal protector (Replaceable P1 thermal protector is standard, other options are available). Three phase is standard, single phase is available.
